This form of technology uses behavioural psychology to create effective and engaging training – leading to positive behaviour change and positive workplace culture change.
Story telling has proven to be a powerful teaching methodology and is integral to WorkplaceSIM. Users follow the experiences of ‘a day in the life of’ a worker – where they can make important decisions in a safe environment. All modules support existing teaching materials, processes, SoP’s, Best Practice Guidelines, Industry Codes of Practice, and Compliance.
